Sports have many benefits in life and to improve health. Sports improve health, give the chance for scholarships, and way more benefits that can make a person’s career. In this blog I will be talking about five benefits of sports and how they help.

1. Exercise

You get a good exercise from playing sports and depending on your age sports could help your heart be healthier. A regular exercise can make you lose weight and gain muscles.

2. Better Communication skills

Sports can help people get better communication skills because in some sports it is mandatory to communication with your teammates to be able to score or to win the game.

3. Good career

If you are young then sports can make your career. If you are in high school and you start to play a sport you enjoy and are good at then you can get a scholarship for college. After college you may be able to go into something like the NBA and you would make a lot of money.

4. Improved Social Skills

Sports can help you improve social skills because you have to communication with your teammates in the sport you are playing so you will talk to a few random people that you have never met which will improve your social skills.

5. Improved Self-Confidence

Sports can improve your self confidence because in sports you would have to do a lot of random things hoping you would make a score and that would improve your self-confidence because you would believe in your self.

2020 will have many new things that come and help the world, but also to make everything easier. In 2020 there may be the release of flying cars. Flying cars will have a lot of advantages like less traffic pollution. The flying car will have two seats and a 160 kW flight certified gasoline engine. The flying cars have a range of $300 thousand to $3.5 million.

5 Benefits of Video Games

A lot of people think video games are not good for your health, but video games have benefits too. I am going to be talking about five benefits of video games that could improve normal skills and how they can. You can improve your memory, you can improve your problem-solving skills, you can improve your brain’s speed, you can improve your social skills, and it also can improve your attention.

1.Improvement of Memory

It has been proven by the neurologists from the University of California, Irvine that memory performance improves by 12 percent. You would have to listen or read th instructions for when you first load up your game and the game will give you instructions on how to play and it will tell you which buttons to press so you will have to remember that and it should improve your memory.

2.Improvement of problem-solving skills

According to a meta-analysis study in 2013, video game could improve problem-solving skills. They could improve your problem-solving skills because some games do not give a lot of instructions so the player would have to do everything by their self.

3. Improvement of brain speed

Video game scan improve the brain’s speed because while playing a video game there will be both visual and audial and this will improve the brain’s speed because you will be multitasking in other words.

4. Improvement of social skills

Video games improve players social skills because they make it fun to play with others and it helps connect with other people, so this can improve peoples social skills if they don’t have a good set of social skills.

5. Improvement of attention

It has been proven that one hour of video games can improve the brain’s ability to focus. Researchers have also proven that action video game increases performance on visual selective activities.

Clash Of Clans

Clash of Clans is a good competitive game that can be played on a phone, tablet, or computer. The point of the game is to upgrade your buildings like your defenses and your troops with loot. You also level up as your upgrade buildings and as you destroy things like trees. You use your troops to destroy other peoples bases and get their loot. There are three kinds of loot, Gold, Elixir, and Dark Elixir. This game is fun to play with other people and your friends. The only problem with this game is that it takes very long upgrade most of your things. The more you upgrade your stuff the more resources to takes to upgrade your resources and it take longer.
